Yeah right!!! You must be the owner or someone that works there. These idiots towed my car by mistake last week I even went there and showed them the decal on the windshield. What did they do to resolve the issue you may ask? Absolutely nothing!!! They told me I have to pay to get my car out and that's not their fault it's oncallms fault they put the ticket told us to tow it and oncallms said no it their fault so I'm out $200 and it's nobody's fault. But then I did some research and found out that oncallms and towmaxx have the same owner!! I hope he goes to jail soon for fraud

Utter racketeering & extortionist BLACK MAILING MONSTROUS BASTARDS!! Been a resident at this place for nearly a year. Never take the parking decal off, Why the *** would I ? I live there! They claim the parking decal wasn't even in the car, I know it is & AT BEST it fell off the rearview when parking the night before or when they were towing / moving it, after reading the other complaints on here where they have moved vehicle to nail them later it wouldn't surprise me in the least if thats exactly what happened!!!!!! Calls there go like this; You towed my car and you shouldn't have I live there and the decal is IN the car, Tough *** its 124$ , Cars been there for maybe a few hours, I can prove I live in the complex from my lease & that the decal is IN the car as we speak & I cant afford this right now....... Then they blatantly talk over you laugh or curse at you try to intimidate & belittle you like your some convicted killer trying to escape the death penalty!!!! i had my towed by towmaxx but even thought they towed my car they were very professional how they treated me im shocked by the way some of these people can say what they are saying they must have been wrong and just need someone to blame but talking trash about a company because they are mad they should look in the mirror if there are rules in the condo or apartment you are living in then there are rules if you cant follow them then move and buy a house I live in a condo and I hade my car towed It was my fault so I except it but im really shocked people cant take responsibility for there own actions well got to go towmaxx just keep doing what your doing my condo is much better than it was before and safe

My car was towed by tow maxx and two separate occasions. on a Sunday when the office of the development of del Rio association is closed. I was not given a valid reason as to why my car was towed by tow maxx nor was there a sticker left outside the residents as to inform me which company had towed my car. I had to call several tow company before I found out that tow maxx had my car. Also, not even the sunrise police dispatch could be of any help as they were unaware of tow maxx as a towing company for del Rio complex. In addition, to make matters worse when I arrive to make enquiries at tow maxx as to why my car was towed, Karl the receptionist at tow maxx who was very arrogant, disrespectful, racist and a bully, says *** get the registration out your car and was very uncooperative from there on and order me to give him $124.00 or leave the property. I can't believe this is America and the better business beareau hasn't stepped in or there isn't a medium between tugs from the tow maxx company and other business entity that prey on citizens and residents of this country. Finally, Tow max we are legal citizens and residents of America and should be treated as such and not as a guinea pig or slot machines that you tugs prey on.

Bunch of thieves and unprofessional idiots. Towed the car from apartment complex without warning on first violation. Asked if a picture of the cayr was taken prior and was told yes, because I noticed a scratch on the car that was not there prior. He stated that the onsite property manager has pictures but blatanly refused to let me see pictures or call manager, and telling me to pay or get off the property. I explained to him that this is a brand new 2014 car less than 6 months old without a scratch before you towed, and that there is a scratch there so I needed to see the pics, but he continued to be rude saying he does not have to talk to me nor let me see anything. I called the police, but they claimed that legally they cannot intervene but can file a lawsuit which is what am going to do. They charged $124 when the paper I have said $50 for first offense. Even the police officer told me that this isn't their first time at the place and that they have been called out there numerous of times for the same thing. I am definitely filing a lawsuit.

Tow max got my car after the tag was stolen off my car and now charging me $202 to get my car no one had call nor a knock at my door. The Arbor Keys complex in Tamarac apparently have an arrangement with TowMaxx and what was supposed to be enforcing parking and making sure cars of stickers on them have now turned into blatant harassment. This morning at 5:20 AM, May 4, 2013, neighbor came pounding on my door to notify me that TowMax was outside towing cars belonging to RESIDENTS because people were parked in wrong spots. When I went outside my car was MOVED by TowMaxx, the driver of the truck is DWAYNE WILLIAMS, and placed in a different spot from where I had parked it. I was parked in a Resident spot (where I have been parking for the past 5 years and where it's LEGAL to park. Dwayne Williams placed my car in someone else's spot and I felt had my neighbor not seen him do it he would have taken my vehicle and accused me of parking in someone's else's spot, when he was the one who placed the car there. When I asked him why he moved my car he told me that I shouldn't have been parked in the Resident spot, I should have been parked in my assigned spot. It's perfectly legal for owners/residents to park in a Resident spot when not parked in their assigned spot. It seems that they are no longer making money from towing vehicles of visitors, so now they are harassing and towing the vehicles of the Residents. I will be calling the Arbor Keys association on early Monday morning about Dwayne William's criminal act.

Towmaxx made an agreement with Margate Village Condo Association and is using this agreement to hijack senior citizens for $150 if they have guests. I have visited my parents twice. The first time, I got towed for visiting after 11 without a guest pass on a Saturday night. The seconde time, I had a guest pass and they have towed my car anyway. They make a living raping visitors or senior residents who have temporarily parked their car in a non-parking zone so they can carry up their groceries. Caught in the act, consumers have begged them not to tow and they do it anyway. Residents were not formally notified that guests were going to be forced to affix parking stickers to visit parents and friends. The result is $150 towing service. They have towed me twice in the last month and tonight my car had a guest pass affixed to the window per their new draconian rules and they stole my car anyway and do not answer phone so they can get you for an extra $30 in storage costs.

I called to have my vehicle towed and Tow Maxx, wrecker operated by Joseph left nothing but scratches on my NEW car. Do NOT DO business with Tow Maxx. Josepsh, the driver and it also seems his the 'owner' of the business, he is incompetent and they will cause you more grief. When I asked if he's going to compensate me or help repair the damages he told me that I acknowledge to be responsible for any damages caused by towing whenever I call for a wrecker. I will no doubt be seeking legal help in this matter because he made a mess of my NEW car.
